I would like to get clarification on including NMLS number on application and certain loan documents. I understand that this does not apply to a home equity line of credit but does it apply to a home equity closed end? The loan was initially a home equity open line of credit but then it was converted in to a closed end workout loan with a change in terms and an existing mortgage document. What are the thoughts?

Subordinate lien closed-end loans are not exempt.
