Vice President Dick Cheney recommended that viewers go to "factcheck.com" to authenticate provable Kerry campaign inaccuracies. Unfortunately, that's a George Soro's site.
He was actually referring to The Annenberg Political Fact Check is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania (www.factcheck.org).
The George Soro site has few, if any, facts noted.
