I have a business customer who cashes checks in excss of $20,000 per weekend. Yet none of the individual checks exceeds $1,000 to any one individual. This does not fit the definition of MSB??

Unless they exceed to the $1,000 threshold to one customer on a single day then they are not a MSB.
