Does anyone know where I can find the current Non-Cooperative Country/Territory (NCCT) list? I'm updating my AML policy and heard it has been reduced to 3 countries. Thanks.

Current NCCT's are Myanmar (Burma), Naura and Nigeria.

You are correct. As of 2/11/05 the three countries are: Myanmar, Nauru and Nigeria.
