If an accountholder on a joint account makes a large deposit (over $10,000) into their account, should we file the CTR in just the name of the person actually making the deposit, or on all of the joint account holders (i.e. including those that are not present at the time the deposit is made)?

Joint owners are also included on deposits since they are also receiving benefit. On withdrawals, you only prepare the CTR on the person actually making the withdrawal.
