This may be a stupid question but I am new at this...Here is a purpose of refinancing a business debt from Bancorpsouth, collateral is 1st mortgage on real property(109.86 acres AND rental home). Would this be reportable because the majority of the collateral is acres of farmland?

No, just busy. There is no "majority" associated with this deal. If you took a home as collateral it's a type 3 loan. (Non reportable)

I agree that it's not CRA-reportable; but as dwelling-secured refinance, I believe that it is HMDA-reportable, yes?

Yes, it would be HMDA reportable because it meets the definition of a "refinance".
