I'm looking for the publication that states what address you are to have on the CRA Notice. The address of the Deputy Comptroller we currently have is in Denver, Colorado however today I've come across something that states we should have San Francisco, California.

Is there documentation that shows if your institution is located in certain districts (e.g. California) you need to show the Deputy Comptroller at this address?

The CRA notice says Deputy, which is in Denver. The SF office houses the Assistant Deputy Controller. It probably wouldn't hurt to call your examiner to find out.
