Received notice from the company that sells labor law posters that there is a new IRS Notice of Withholding to be included in our employee posters.
Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this notice?
I've searched the IRS website without any luck.
thanks!

They are talking about Notice 797 - you can review the requirements on page 18 of Publication 15:

There is a notice requirement, but I don't think that posting it on a poster is the right answer based on a brief reading of the requirements. Sounds like they are just making it up as there is no "requirement" that it be posted. For example, if you provide all employees a W-2 that includes the disclosure - you are done.

The disclosure is pre-printed on the back of the W-2 Copy B. That should take care of the requirement.
