I have been asked about exclusions on cooperate accounts that are connected with overdraft protection accounts. Can someone guide me to the Reg? Thanks

The Regulation DD requirements do not apply to corporate accounts.

Go to the definitions section of Regulation DD (section 230.2) and look at the definition of "account." That should provide you with the "written" answer.
