Does anybody have an audit program for SCRA that they would be willing to share?

Does anyone do a SCRA review/audit? How do you go about it?

I haven't heard of a specific audit on these accounts. I suppose a routine audit would be to get a list of accounts under the SCRA restrictions, check your rate and fees entries to ensure compliance, see if there are procedures to "watch" these accounts in the event of litigation and to see if you have a tickler to revert to the contract rate or reaffirm coverage when SCRA protections are scheduled to end.

I follow a checklist from the monitoring manual I purchased. Basically, the following:
Do you have policies and procedures in place?
Do you document the service member's eligibility to receive relief? (evidence of the service member's call to active duty, a written letter from the service member invoking the 6% cap on interest rates for debts incurred prior to activation.)
Do you not charge more than 6% in interest for any debt incurred prior to activation?
Do you forgive the difference between the contractual rate and the 6%?
