We currently have a borrower who is purchasing residence in which the loan to deposit ratio exceeds our requirements (80%). Therefore, the individual has another individual who is placing their primary residence as collateral so that we are within our limits.

Although this individual is not on the mortgage and their home is being taken as an adundance of caution, right of recsission still applies?
