Is a balloon disclosure required on loans secured with commercial real estate that has a balloon maturity? If not, does anyone use this disclosure out of an abundance of caution? Thanks.

To my knowledge, balloon disclosures are not required for any loans...it's a secondary market requirement, if memory serves me.

Obviously, on RESPA loans, it will be disclosed on the GFE and HUD and TIL's, but not the wordy one I think you are referring to.
