Does any one know if in our state statutes, if there are any fee amount or fee duration statute limitations on charging a continuous overdraft fee?

I don't know if their is a maximum per day, but the bank I work at charges $5.00 for every day the account is overdrawn. Of course we force close the account after 30 days so I don't know if there are limits on how long you can charge.
