We have small rate sheets that we print up and have available for customers when they ask about rates. Do I need all the information required for the initial disclosures on these rate sheets?

From my understanding these are no advertisements and must comply as such. Minimum deposit, 'Member FDIC', etc.

The disclosures under "DD" do not have to all be on one document. So the rate sheet can be a part of the overall disclosure set, but need not have everything on it.

It is best to include pertinent data there such as APY, possibly accrual methods, minimums, etc. but that is your call.

These sheets are not given out with other disclosures. Can I get away without putting all the initial disclosures on the sheets?

The only time you need all the initial disclosures would be if a customer requested them or you are opening an account. Otherwise, just make sure they meet the advertising requirements and you will be fine.
