Can anyone tell me the record retention requirement (IN Florida)for Wire Transfer Requests? I have heard 2 answers: the first being 5 years, and the second indefinitely. I hear that this changed since 9/11 and we are now required to keep them indefinitely. However, I can not find anything in writing.

HERE is your state banking page on this subject - it's five years if it's not specifically stated that it should be longer - that is probably where the confusion comes in.
