We are looking into a full cafeteria plan where employees are given a pool of dollars to put toward offered benefits in the way they choose. Does anyone currently have that type of benefit package, or can recommend a company that administers full cafeteria plans? Thanks in advance!

You might try AFLAC they offer cafeteria plans nationwide. We use a local company Keating and Associates.
