Most banks I know of provide these customers with NACHA rule books or updates or provide some type of link to them through the site. As I recall, this first came to our attention when we were completing our annual self assessment a number of years back. It was one of the questions in the workbook. There was a reference to the cite, but I can't remember it now.

NACHA rule books? I am assuming you can get those through the NACHA site?

If you are not a member of NACHA, your institution may be a member of a regional payments association. There are typically discounts when you order as a member.

I think anyone can order through nacha.org site or their local ACH clearinghouse.
