Our bank currently accepts payments for Commonwealth Edison (Electric Co), a customer came into the bank and made a payment for a business that exceeded $10,000 in cash. I'm right in assuming the CTR should be on Commonwealth Edison since they benefitted from the transaction and not the business, correct? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

correct. and the transactor would be the person who made the payment.
