I know that all branchs in FDIC governed banks have to have the federal notice about Equal Credit Opportunity Act. Our MA bank just merged with an out of state bank, and we are reviewing all signs. Our old ECOA signs also had reference to MA Commission against Discrimination on the poster. I don't see anywhere that states this is a legal requirement, perhaps just a good idea. Anyone know if it is required> And what about in Connecticut? Any ideas?
