Could someone assist or point me in the right direction on where I can locate the following information as it relates to YSP? A page link would be very helpful. I think its referred to as a Statement of Policy, but I am not sure whether or not it is tied to a specific Regulation i.e., REG X or if it pertains to a HUD regulation. Thanks!

HUD came out with a clarification to the 1999-1 policy statement. See the Statement of Policy 2001-1

Thank you both ever so much. I've been racking my brain all morning and going through various resources to track this down and was informed that there was no page link. Someone said it was HUD Regulations Appendix 20. At any rate, what counts is I have the correct info.
