Not sure which forum to actually post my questions in but here we go...

Here at my credit union, we are considering displaying signage saying we will ask for identification upon withdrawals, check cashing..etc. (I know you're thinking, shouldn't they be doing that in the first place, but bear with me and some new teller issues) I was wondering if anyone has an example verbiage we could use?

Alsoooooooooooooo
We are strongly considering the policy of having members remove their hats and sunglasses or whatever may obstruct a facial view. We are a very small credit union and I know this will shock many of our members but we are trying to take every necessary action to prevent robbery, fraud..etc. Again, could anyone share their policies and also the verbiage for signs?

Thanks in advance.

There are "No hats, hoods, sunglasses" signs available in the Banker Store.

As for ID, you might use something like, "Our newer staff may not always recognize our members. Please help us protect your security by having your ID ready for withdrawals or check cashing."
