Does anyone use the Jack Henry 20/20 software for extracting their CRA loan data ---i.e. geography, census, etc.?

If you do, would you advise on what fields you are using or how you are extracting. We are having a devil of a time extracting data that is accurate--even JHA has not been able to help us. When we extract and test a sample of the data we are finding that the parameters we have set up are being ignored and it is pulling ALL loans rather than those that meet the criteria selected.
