We are getting ready to update our real estate collateral material. Where can I find current samples of the same, that other lenders are using to promote their services either as direct mail pieces or leave-behinds in model homes, etc.?

Answer:

I would start by going around to model homes, chambers of commerce, real estate offices in your town. Then I would get on the mailing lists of these organizations so I could keep up to date. Lastly, I would contact my state banking association and ask for their help to obtain samples from across the state.
