Is there a notification requirement when a building is mapped OUT of a SFHA? If not, is there any concern with sending notification to borrower?

Answer:

There is no requirement if the flood hazard determination is that there are no buildings within an SFHA. There may, however, be secondary market investor requirements that you provide a notice, and you may provide a notice if your procedures call for it.
