Nondeposit Investment Product Seminars

FDIC is conducting ten seminars on retail sales of nondeposit investment products. The seminars will be held in collaboration with several national bank trade associations (ABA, ACB, and IBAA).

The seminars will review the content of the 1994 Interagency Statement on Retail Sales of Nondeposit Investment Products, and include a detailed on FDIC's new examination procedures for these products and an update on the status of regulatory proposals and developments.

Free to a good home: the seminar handouts will include new training materials and customer information for use by insured banks in their training and sales programs.
