Laurens County and Wilkinson County are not in an MSA. The 2 counties are adjacent so the bank could easily consider this one non-MSA assessment area.
The boundaries would be either the boundaries of the county, or the boundaries of the group of tracts you have included in the AA if you do not include the entire county. So, if you took the whole county in each case, you will have a map of each county.
To show the tract numbers (the geographies), you must either show them on the map or list them separately, but you must have a map.
There are maps at the census bureau or maps from several vendors who advertise and post at BOL. They can produce customized maps with the tracts and or counties you include in the bank's AA.

If you only took partial counties, you could just cut off those not included and make a copy of the resulting map!
