Email Notices vs. Paper Notices

Question:
Are email notices better than paper notices?
Answer:

Many banks still rely on paper notice letters to request missing or expired documents from customers. Paper documents can get lost or overlooked and are not easily tracked. There is also a tangible cost of printing, labeling, and stamping hundreds or thousands of letters. Email notices, by contrast, provide a more cost effective and trackable way to engage customers.
