FTC extends comment period on possible fee practices rule
The Federal Trade Commission has published [88 FR 4796] a notice extending the deadline for comments on an advance notice of proposed rulemaking seeking comments on the prevalence of fee practices that may be unfair or deceptive acts or practices. The comment period originally ended January 9, and has now been extended through February 8, 2023.
