Flood: New Communities

FEMA has released a list of new communities that joined the National Flood Insurance Program during 1998. The list can be found on FEMA's website at www.FEMA.gov/fema/csb.htm. More than half of the states have new communities, so don't assume that it can't happen in your market area. Check the list.
