No Delay On CRA

The word from the regulatory agencies is out, and it's final. There will be no delays in implementing the new CRA regulation and examination procedures. Data collection, as applicable, began on January 1, 1996. The agencies have promised to recognize implementation difficulties and be merciful. But it will be necessary to do your best. Do document your efforts and any problems you encounter.
