OFAC issues Venezuela-related General License and FAQs

OFAC has posted a Notice of Recent Actions announcing it has issued Venezuela General License 42, "Authorizing Certain Transactions Related to the Negotiation of Certain Settlement Agreements with the IV Venezuelan National Assembly and Certain Other Persons."

OFAC also published three new related FAQs and amended an existing FAQ (#808).
