No, but wouldn't it be nice if there were one. One word of advice: don't ask a regulator for such a list because they will put all regulations on it. Several Regs do have mandatory training requirements including Reg CC, BSA and parts of the FCRA added by the FACT Act. Fair Lending training has become mandatory by the back door of CRA ratings and your rating will be lowered if you don't conduct regular fair lending training. Other required training is by common sense, anything that people need to learn how to do should be covered by training.
