Ticket Outlet for Chamber of Commerce Event

We have been asked to be a ticket outlet for a Chamber of Commerce event. Are there any operational or compliance issues that would prohibit this?

Answer:

The only limitation I would see is if these tickets were used in a drawing that would technically be defined as a lottery. If that is the case, you cannot participate. If that is not the case, you are being a good corporate citizen trying to support the local (business) community.
