We have a group of doctors, who have a company that handles all of their payments. This company would be the ones using our RDC Machines/Software/etc ...

who signs the contract? who is our customer?

I would get everyone on board in some form. Enhanced Due Diligence on everyone.

I would also require that everyone be your customer. The processing company should have their deposit account with you and the doctors should as well.
