They have to keep her there for the drama. You don't really think they voted the Coach off because they wanted to? It's reality television and the writers most likely have a say in who stays and who goes. Tracy is a whacko, which makes for good television.

She's only there for the drama, but I don't know if I can watch anymore episodes where she is still on the ranch...
