Ok, so has anyone seen the lineup? I laughed at some returning players who are termed "favorites"....

O I hope that Malcolm stays for a few weeks - he is a cutie pie :-) eye candy with brains too!! Double threat! Yep - they will vote him off right away. I agree BF - not the best 'favorite' line up...

Personally, I would rather watch 'new' contestants. Part of the amusement of the show is watching them figure out how to do things on their own.
I don't care for the recycling of players. When they come back the game is changed (obviously). Aside from the head games and thought processes, even the basic survival techniques. For example, look at how Ozzy and Jonathan taught their tribes how to do things around camp - things a newbie tribe would have to figure out... how to build shelter, fish, pick coconuts, etc. I like when "the students are in the classroom without the teacher" showing them how to do things - relying on whatever someone in the group may know. And, reminding them 'it's a game' - it's often more interesting when people actually forget they're on a game show! (And, while I'm at it, I'd prefer no more Jimmy Johnson and Jeff Kent types either - lol)
With the thousands and thousands of people out there who would LOVE to be on Survivor, I know they have plenty to pick from. They have held Survivor casting calls around here many times.
I love Survivor and will always watch, but I prefer seeing new people given the chance to outwit and outplay the others, and then win the money. It's just more entertaining, imho.

No. He'll probably be one of the final three.

I like the alliance of the "cool kids" for the fans. They may be popular, but they aren't too good at math (4<6). They looked absolutely shocked that Allie got booted.

I like the chick that caught the dude with the idol. Obviously, i'm not good with names.

I stink at the names at this point too, but so far am not so impressed with the cast. It usually takes me a few weeks to get 'involved' though :-)

Who was voted off last night?

Brandon..He had a huge meltdown so they had a tribal council instead of an immunity challange and all voted for Brandon...He's gone.

That was some meltdown. That guy has some serious issues!

I may have to go find that online and watch...I missed it....

Whole thing made me very uncomfortable, he is in need of some serious counseling. I really believe Survivor should NOT have invited him back.

If someone cant handle the pressure of a non-reality, reality show....how does he get through actual life?

I think he(Brandon) has some very serious issues. But I think Phillip is a looney toon too! Cant stand to watch him when he is in that stupid pink underwear. Makes me throw up in my mouth a little.

OK, I agree on the Pink Undies. GROSS!!! Hopefully he is next, the most irritating should go the fastest....

What were they thinking at tribal councel? I understand the fav's were worried about those two being friends, but they got rid of muscle, when they didn't have much to spare! The teams are terribly uneven.

She was certainly blindsided...glad she is gone too! I have to say, Malcome is still my favorite! I still want them to get rid of Phillip...can't stand him.
