If the Final TIL sent to the table was not signed and you proceed to send it to the client/borrower for cure, do you have to also provide another Right to Cancel notice and open the 3 day rescision period again? Thanks in advance for your assistance..

If the TIL was provided, but simply not signed, there is no reopening of the 3 day rescission period. I would just obtain the signature.

Thanks for the info. FYI I sought legal guidance on this and there is no requirement under TILA or Reg Z to cure it.
