this is how i can tell the difference between the men and women writers here. the women offer feelings and are much more inclined to reserve any crticism and tend to offer a positive approach no matter what, while the men (not all) are more quick to offer a rigid business answer without any sensitivity or feelings in their advice.

A generalization, but the fact is that most men ARE more analytical and most women more emotional. It isn't BOL it's the way our brains work.

I did not need a push or help getting up the nerve to apply. I needed to talk to someone that would understand.
I have never had so much riding on a position. I don't want move.
There are those that work to live and those that live to work. I try to stay somewhere in the middle. If I am forced to report to one of other VP's, I will not be a happy camper.

Omega - Congrats to you already for testing and interviewing. I have considered doing so, but worry that it's a sham. Good to know that you've had success with it. Be confident in your skills and you should have no problem landing the job you want whether it is this one or another one down the road.
