They really put Ivana in a tough spot. There was nothing she could do to win because she knew they were selling even though they were overpriced. She was pretty stupid to drop her skirt though. If she wouldn't have done that, Kevin may have gotten it for changing the pricing. Either way, she wouldn't have been the last one standing anyway. Same for Jen, I really can't see Trump hiring her. She may squeak by every week but in the end, he won't have anyone he isn't completly confident in.
I think the other three are all pretty good but I'm pulling for Sandy. Maybe Kevin. Kelly is a little too arrogant for me, not that he wouldn't be good.

after their fight in the boardroom
They didn't fight with each other. They yelled at Andy. Trump mistakenly called it a debate and says that people have to stand up for themselves. Funny, I don't recall that type of behavior in our boardroom or loan committees. In the monthly loan committee when we're looking at charge offs, if I were to yell, "I didn't make a bad loan, it went bad, I'd do it again" that wouldn't make it cost any less and no one would say "he had spunk." Is Donald's boardroom handled this way?
Bottom line, Ivanna started out poorly, did well on the jeans, but was desperate to sell candy bars.
Kevin should have known how many bars he sold and calculated what he would have had to sell them for to make up the difference. Bet it couldn't have been done. And when they commented that Ivanna wasn't selling candy bars, she wasn't. But the other two gals were definitely on the "sex sells" side of the equation. Who'd spend $5 for a candy bar. They just weren't as blatant.
And how about their reward! A trip to advertise Trump's new building. I'd rather go back to that jewelry store.

Did you see her duck the PM position yet again in attempting to fly under the radar? Guess it worked for her since she made it to the final 4. I think Kelly will win it all.
I didn't see the show last night but I saw on NBC's website that Kelly and Jennifer are the finalist. I expected Kelly to make but I don't understand how Jennifer was selected. She must have interviewed incredibly well.

Trump likes the fact that Jennifer can argue. She has done that well on a number of occasions. She usually has to argue about why she shouldn't be fired. Well Donald, lets put 2 and 2 together. She doesn't perform in the first place.
Kelly will have to be the winner unless he blows it big time. If Jennifer wins, she needs to be put in charge of the casino operations. It is already bankrupt.

I'll promise this - if Jennifer wins, I'm done with watching any future versions of this show. I still can't get past the Levi's task where she was TOTALLY clueless, yet stepped in to take all the glory at the presentation. Was she project manager on any task?

Not necessarily because she is the better candidate, but because I don't know how the show is going to survive if everyone sees two white males winning. This is television and if it doesn't get some diversity, people are going to be screaming!
I dunno, man. Seems to me that non-white non-male people win on reality shows with some frequency. Kwame almost pulled it off on the first season of The Apprentice and didn't Kevin (I think that was his name) make it to the F4 on this season? I would hesitate to say that because two white dudes won the first time around, there's a taint of discrimination.
I do think that more minorities could've been cast to start with, though.

I thought Trump totally contradicted himself last night. He chose Jennifer over Sandy because he thought Jennifer's big education and fancy lawyer job would prepare her better for the complexities of his company. Ah, didn't Bill Rancic (last year's winner) have just a bachelor's degree and own his own cigar business. Yet he was qualified for the complex work they do.
I have much more respect for the risks that Sandy took in her career path, than Jennifer (moving across the county to accept a six-figure salary doesn't seem very risky to me), and felt she performed better throughout the show.

As a non-white, non-male I hope that the person most qualified for the job will be hired. In this case that person is obviously Kelly. HOWEVER reality shows aren't always about reality...

I saw an article today that said that board room episode was actually 4 hours long as Trump couldn't make up his mind. While he said Kevin was long on education and short on experience, Kelly has similar degrees and Jennifer was also short on experience.
Jennifer thought she was a risk taker because she moved across the country. That is nowhere close to opening a business and putting all that goes with it on the line, in my book. There is a huge difference between a salary/billable hours and will I clear enough to pay the bills and keep something for me.
And I still come back to board room etiquette. Are these supposed to be professional discussions or cat fights with screaming? Oops, the latter is TV ratings. Sorry for such a dumb comment.

I didn't get to see the last episode yet, but I cannot believe Jennifer is one of the finalist. I think Kelly deserves it. He worked hard and did pretty well thoughout the show. I just wish it would have been between him and Kevin, because both did well. But as Andy said, this is TV and it is about ratings.

Kelly's biggest obstacle may be Raj as Raj has said he didn't give a dam about Kelly winning. Hopefully he'll still take pride in what he does and how it reflects on him.

And watch your time. Central it is at 7, not 8. I believe it is 3 hours.

I too got to watch last weeks episode last night. I agree, I think (hope) Kelly will win. Jennifer's true colors are coming out now that she is the one in chage of it all. The company she is setting up the benefit for are real unhappy with her up to this point. It will be interesting to see how it all turns out.

Be careful here. Those who edit the show can make it look many ways and tonight we'll see, as Paul Harvey would say, the rest of the story.
Will it rain on Kelly's parade and with no back up will he be crucified or justified? Will Jennifer's team save her rear or will she sit on it on her own?
Personally, last season someone made the observation that as no. 2 you weren't stuck with Trump and had great offers. I'd like to see how "successful" (as you'd define those terms in this context) Bill and Kwamie are now that it has been awhile.
