RESPA allows for lenders to use "ranges" for using suggested service providers but are not required by the lender. Is it compliant if we used the following verbiage for the range

"$0 to 2% of the loan amount"

This is the range for a Broker fee

We are transitioning to Mortgagebot and they are suggesting this verbiage, didn't see anything in the regulation which would prevent us from using this verbiage

we are using "$xx.xx to Quote"
