I have a question regarding loan fees that are normally included in the apr. If we as a lender pay some of these fees would they still be included in the Apr?

Lender paid fees are not part of the APR. The fees paid by the lender do need to be clearly indicated as POC (L) in the area to the left of the fees where the fee description appears. This clearly indicates it was paid by teh Lender.
