Are there any legal issues if we do not allow non-U.S. persons to open online accounts? We have decided that our online accounts are high risk and feel that opening online accounts to non-U.S. persons is not a risk we want to take. Are we setting ourselves up for any type of desccrimination? We open accounts at our branches for non-U.S. persons, just not online.

It doesn't sound like an issue to me.

This is fairly common. Some banks will open accounts but require that it be done in person, rather than online.
