Hello,

My Bank recently turned E-statements on and I'm keeping track of tbe customers who enroll. I'm trying to figure out the average cost savings per customer. Does anyone know approximately how much the breakdown is per customer on producing a paper statement. I'm taking into consideration:

paper
envelope
postage
printing
processing
employee time

Thank you,

Sandy

That is going to vary from bank to bank. Your best bet is to start with your core provider relationship manager, and their billing statements.

At our bank, for mailed paper statements, we figured it cost us about $25 a year per account.

Definitely will vary per bank and per core processor. We took a stab at this last year and figured approximate average per year per account was about $28.00.
