Has anyone else read where effective May 1, 2011 new procedures must be in place for accounts that receive Federal Benefit Payments...if so, where can I locate all that will be required of us? Thanks for your time.

Yes and I am also looking for more information on this topic. As far a I know it's not part of Dodd-Frank. Would appreicate any info on this.
