What are some good systems that you guys use for training your employees? We currently use BVS and our contract is up. Wanted to see what other options we have.

We use BAI.

We also use BAI, our contract is up end of year, looking into going with either BVR or ABA training.

ABA's online training is free with your institution's membership. While I haven't used BVS in several years, I noticed after we switched that the courses with ABA are more comprehensive. (Employees say they are harder.) However the reporting and enrollment options aren't as broad. IMO, BVS was more user-friendly for both students and administrators. But for us the decision was based on budget. Hope this helps! Good luck to you.

I just shopped this last year. I was looking to cut costs. In the end, we stayed with BVS. Not the cheapest but IMO, the best.
