Good idea; I'm fraught with worry on some fronts, and it's nice to focus on the good. I'm thankful that I have a hobby that I love - knitting - that keeps me calm and keeps my blood pressure low. I'm thankful for my decent health and the good health of my husband and kids. Right at this very moment, I'm thankful for Mountain Dew. The pop, not the moonshine.

I am thankful for my family, a loving God who has blessed me and my family. Also for AIR CONDITIONING in this Texas heat, and am especially thankful that my home a/c got fixed in only a few hours, woo-hoo, good to go.

I am thankful for my BOL friends and my FB friends. They are just as important as my local friends, if not more.
I am thankful for my kids and for my willpower not to strangle the life out of them some days.
I am thankful for my husband that keeps me sane except for when he breaks every mower that we've ever owned.
I am thankful for work. This stress just proves that I can handle difficult situations and will make me appreciate a hopefully, sunny ending to this mess in any fashion.
And most importantly, I am thankful for prescription meds, Long Island Iced Teas, cheesecake, cookies, chocolate, apple pies, and ice cream.

I am thankful for my God, my Family and to have a great job with good coworkers. I am also thankful for BOL, because without it I can't even imagine how much more difficult my job would be. I am also thankful for Spanx and chocolate - not necessarily in that order - my love of one frequently leads to my need for the other.

I am thankful for my 2 absolutely amazing boys. I am thankful for my boss, and her wonderful insight to invite me into this geeky profession. (Which I love! ) I am thankful my dad came to this beautiful country in order for his children to have all of the advantages available!
