whoa, trash talkin' my Pirates? It's fun being a Pirate fan because each win is a celebration and you don't have to worry about how they'll do in the playoffs. They have an awesome ball park and getting tickets is no problem.

The last Pirate to throw a no-hitter is the pitching machine they use for batting practice.  OUCH! It's always great to go to a game and experience a win, you so get to rub it in the opposing teams fan's face - not only did you lose, you lost to the PIRATES!!! BOOM!

I prefer the minor league team too. <== Roughriders As you said, there's a lot of benefits to going to those games instead of the major league team. Plus, a lot of times you see major league players that have been sent down for rest, or up & coming players who will be with the big team soon.

I used to really enjoy the old columbus clippers games, only $5 to get in, low cost concessions, and you were seeing up and coming Yankees.

BOOM! + That's how i feel about my Tigers- Like this year, we were doing GREAT, won the first few games, then we lost one and it's been mostly downhill since then.
