Bacon Foam Recipe
In a saucepan, render the fat of 5 slices of bacon. Remove bacon (eat promptly) and add 2 C of chicken stock to fat, 3 t cream, and salt & pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and whisk into a foam. Serve with soups. Or on your next future ex!

Thank you for the warning! I try to be more of a "stab" watermelon carver instead of a "slicer" but that can be just as dangerous! Yeah, about that... She was stabbing it and the blade stuck a bit. Her hand slid down the blade, slicing all the tendons at the joints in one really smooth move...... Just use and axe.

What does that mean exactly - serve with soup? Do you put it on the soup, next to the soup? I was wondering the same thing. It's on my I ♥ Bacon calendar. Guess you could add a scoop over soup? Or throw a bacon foam party and lick it off people? IDK.
