Yep! I placed a call because I discrete filed and did not receive my confirmation. Instead got error that Internet Explorer was unable to display the page. There is a message when you call that they are experiencing problems with delays and large volume of Help Desk calls. Was very frsutrating trying to get anything done on website so I figured Monday is another day and hopefully the problems will be resolved by then.
I finally got mine filed and talked to someone at the helpdesk. He said if you get the internet explorer error that the submission didn't go. I confirmed it wasn't in my track status section and just kept trying to file. I finally got in...ugh...
Actually got a reponse to my e=mail. They said to file after Hours, along the lines of Greg's practice. The e-mail also said "We donot hve an ETA for when this will be resolved". Now, if that doesn't make your day, nothing will.
