I did the pizza delivery thing in college. Let me start with I'm a girl. The worst was showing up at a house, set back away from the road, a little dark, so I was already kind of weary. The front door was the kind with long windows on both sides, with drapes over them. I knock and the drapes are pulled back from one of the side windows, and there stands an older man, totally naked. He yells "I'll be right there". So I'm standing there thinking, do I drop the pizza & run? Wait til he answers? I waited, when he answered, he had on a pair of shorts. Why oh why, did he bother? I'd already seen the whole package. Never would take a delivery to that house again.

I have a PLETHORA of stories from when I used to manage apartments but I know this thread would disappear if I wrote about them.

I was laughed at for a long time at a Burger King in a town I used to live in. It was after one of our band gigs late at night and all I wanted was some caffeine. I tried to order a Dr. Pepper, but instead it came out as a Dr. ::male anatomy that rhymes with Becker::!!!!! The kid at the order window was crying he was laughing so hard!

I worked as a night auditor for an airport Holiday Inn. One night, a guy who was staying at the hotel came into the lobby to complain that he had taken a hooker to his room, the hooker turned out to be a guy, and stole his wallet. Wasn't much in the wallet - I think I'd have just let it go rather than make that confession.

I was working for Venture (it's like a Target) when I was in HS and this tall guy would come in on Friday nights with REALLY tight bike shorts on. He would hike his leg up on the railing and show off his goods (if you know what I mean).

Security finally asked him to not come back after a month of the buldge watch.

When I was working in Louisville, KY the building I was in was behind the main office. One day when walking out the back door to go to the main office I saw a homeless man relieving himself. Yes - once seen it can't be unseen.

I went down town early one morning to the farmers market, and was getting some things quickly before I had to start work, and the gal at the produce counter of one of the stalls was laughing and couldn't take my money for a moment. It seems the woman who had been walking away in her hoochie outfit had just pulled a condom out of her leather boots and tried to pay with it, and then realized that the money was in her other boot..... It was just terrible.

We have a nail salon within view of our drive-thru. Just before (I think) I came to work here...a 'call girl' was 'servicing' one of the manicurists on the side of the building in direct view of the drive thru.

Bigfoot hunters crack me up (at least the ones on TV). They are scared to death of the dark and yet they hunt a diurnal animal (that may or may not exist) in the dark.
